About the Author

William M. Gotten is a life-long Memphian and brings 34 years of legal experience to bear in his first published novella, “Right of Survivorship.” He holds a B.A. degree from Washington & Lee University and a J.D. degree from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. During his career, he specialized in Debtor/Creditor relations and Bankruptcy Law.

His sequel, “Right of Survivorship – Part II: Resolution” picks up with the “cold case” left unsolved in the first book and develops the relationship between Rachel Simon, the F.B.I. Special Agent, and Memphis Detective Harvey Martin met as they together try to solve the death of housewife Sally Conners.
